Just heard that Herm has passed. A character, great friend, funny as they come, mentor and all `round dude. Got a job in large part when right before an interview we had an exchange where I suggested concerning some plaintiffs: F-k `em if they can´t take a joke. Later I learned that was the perfect phrase to have said to him. When the Challenger exploded we all started discussing where we were on historic dates. Herm blew us out of the water when he asked where we were on Pearl Harbor Day....
