Not sure what to say?

June & family, my deepest sympathy goes out to you all. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. I know somethinng about what you are going through. I lost my husband last December. May God give you strength during this time.
Kay (Blitch) DuBose

Herman was a kind and compassionate man whose life touched many lives in a wonderful way. He will be missed by all who knew him. Our deepest sympathy goes out to June and her family. We pray that God will comfort all of you in the days ahead.

Dear Mrs. Gold, Kathy, Laura, and Family,

I am Steve Kujawa, Jessie McElveen Kujawa's eldest son. I was saddened to read of Mr. Gold's passing today, yet I have so many fond memories of your family's visits to see your parents, Mr. & Mrs Hardy, and Mr. Gold taking the time to listen to even the silliest of stories (a.k.a. adventures) of mine, Joe's, or Susan's. My Dad and Mom thought the world of you both, as well as Kathy & Laura. I will always remember that long porch and swing...

I will miss Mr. Gold watching my house at night. He made me feed so secure. He was a southern gentleman. Heaven is going to enjoy having him there.

My condolences to the family. I remember Herman when he was at Kennickel and I worked in the Pressroom at Savannah News Press.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you Aunt June, Kathy & Laurie and family, we have so so many good memories that we cherish in our hearts, May God be with you we love you very much! Lynda & & Mary and family

Our deepest condolances go out to the family, may God confort you in your time of grief.

Dear Mrs. Gold, Kathy & Ray:
We are so sorry to hear about Mr. Gold.
He was such a kind and thoughtful man and made us boxes everytime we visited with the children. He will truly be missed by all the lives he touched.
God bless you. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

My deepest sympathies go out to June, Kathy and Laurie and their families. This is a time that words seem so inadequate but remember the fun times you had with Herm and that helps the pain. I wish I could be there with you but distance does hinder that. Know that I am thinking and praying for all of you at this time but also know that Herm is in a much better place and in no pain. That was a comfort to me seven years ago. I love you all. Irma Johnson
