Not sure what to say?

Dear Lou Ellen, Christl, Roarke, & Ryan,

I was a teenager when Joan & Bud were married and nervously played for their wedding that took place in the backyard of our Wakarusa home. It was a wonderful occasion. I looked up to both of them. With Bud's interest in sports and police work, I took every opportunity to be around and even rode my bike to visit the Orchid greenhouse where he worked. On several occasions, he allowed me to set in the police car while he was on duty. ...

I had the pleasure of meeting Bud this summer when he was moving into his new condo.(I am a caregiver to his neighbor) In the short time that I knew him I fell in love with him. He was so whitty and intelligent and I always left him with my spirits lifted. Hartke family,
Bob and I used to live behind Bud and Joanne when they lived on Dodge. We have lost touch, but wanted to express our condolences. It reminded us of what good neighbors they were. Bud and Joanne were so proud of all of the extreme successes of their children and grandchildren! Bob reminded me that Joann...

Luellen & Nile, Sorry to hear of your Father's passing. We have great memories of many picnics with you and your parents. Your Dad loved to cook out and go to diffferent parks. I cannot forget the many times he would beat me at pool-He was too good for me. Bob & Colleen B

Nile, I'm very sorry to hear about Herm's passing. I remember the several years that we played together under his leadership, and the many good times that were had. He was a great role model for young men. My deepest sympathies to you and your family. Tom Irions

Dear Nile, Sandy & Carmen,
We had a great time with your dad last summer. For the first time in my memory, he recalled numerous of his artillery experiences from World War II. We were amazed and encouraged him to write them down. He was also enjoying his CD recorder which allowed him to transfer his favorite music from cassettes. We were surprised that this fascinated him since he wouldn't touch anything related to computers! It wasn't long after our visit that we received a...
