Herman L. Lay loving husband of the late Phyllis J. Lay (nee Stephens). Beloved father of Janey (Frank) Tabor, Betty King, Alan (Lisa) Lay and the late Steven Lay. Devoted grandfather of Joe Weil and Ian Tabor. Dear brother of Paul Lay, Wesley Lay, Glenna Huddleston, and the late James Lay, Pernia Anderson, Raymond Lay, Lorene Lay, and Nellie Lay.

Passed away Tuesday, December 28, 2021. Age 90. Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 4th from 10:30AM until time of Funeral Service at 12:00PM at Mihovk-Rosenacker Funeral Home 5527 Cheviot Rd. (45247). In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Vitas Hospice (www.vitas.com)
