Not sure what to say?

Today, I received an email from Legacy encouraging thoughtful remembrances be shared here within the guestbook for and with respect to the 4th of March on which Mr. Herman I. Little was called to Heaven. Although twelve years have now passed, I cannot express in words how incredibly blessed and honored I am to have experienced the many years mentored by Mr. Little, of whom always referred to me as "my assistant." It felt so much more respectful than "my secretary," whenever he spoke...

Molly and family,
You and Herman were such a gift to our growth as Christians. We will treasure the time spent with both of you in FOCUS class. So many times Herman put such thought and depth into his comments that we'd be discussing his perspective between us long after class was over. And his reaching out to Mark after Mark's stroke - Herman's compassion and genuine concern, going out of his way to reassure him - touched Mark deeply. You and your family are in our thoughts and our...

I heard his service was beautiful! Again, my condolences to Mrs. Little and all his family and friends.

I met Mr. Little five years ago at a Board meeting, and from then on saw him once a month for about an hour at each subsequent meeting until he retired. He was the nicest lawyer I ever met. He was so good at putting everyone at ease and making the meetings interesting and enjoyable. He would patiently explain everything and make you feel that you were the most important person in the room. His untimely death came as a great shock and my condolences go to his family.

On behalf of myself, my family and Settlers Village, I want to extend my very deepest sympathies for your loss. He was instrumental in helping put my neighborhood back on its feet. I learned more about Herman at his service today than I had learned since I met him over 10 years ago. He was quite guy and he will be missed. God Bless You all.

We are so sorry for your loss. Herman touched many lives in a positive way and we were blessed to have known him. We missed his rich input in our Focus class at KFBC. May God bless you and comfort you during this time.

I would agree with Gary, as Herman was very good & caring to both myself and my children (his niece Heather, and his nephews Jason & Wyatt).Heather shared with me how wonderful it was to have Herman & Molly visit her in England sometime ago. Our Thoughts & Prayers to Molly & Family. Don Libby(Bangor,ME)

My deepest sympathy and prayers go out to Mr. Little's family, friends, associates and partners in law. I am truly thankful to have worked for Mr. Little as his secretary for ten years and am eternally grateful for the abundance of knowledge I gained under his employ. Words cannot express my condolences for those suffering such a loss with his untimely death. In Jesus' name, I pray the Lord will grant solace to all those who are mourning, as I also mourn.

Uncle Herman was by far the most gentle and caring man I have met. UH was a man who believed in 'Family First' and reminded me of this as recently as December 17th 2011. I will always be honored to have been able to call him "Uncle". Aunt Molly, my family's prayers are with you.
