Not sure what to say?

I’m so sorry to hear we have lost a great man.
He was like a second father to me.
Rest In Peace my dear friend

Herman Levi Mitchell Jr. was my Father, my role model and my HERO. While growing up, he taught me so many valuable life lessons; how to be a man of God, how to be a good husband and a great father, to work hard, take care of your property and your vehicles, greet people with a smile and a strong hand shake, be a man of integrity, that family is important, and always love and provide for your family. I have so many wonderful memories of my Father and I will always hold them close to my heart....

Sending my condolences to Dorothy and family. My sister Becky and I would chat with Herman at the Harbor while we were spending time with my Mom, Phyllis. I enjoyed putting a few pieces in the puzzle with you, Dorothy! May Gods love comfort you.

My mother (Phyllis Petersen was in the same nursing home as Herman. I enjoyed talking with him when I would visit her. My deepest sympathy to Dorothy and his family. May God bless you all with peace.

Worked with Herman for many years at Guardsman Products. He was a very nice and fun person to work with. I'am sure he has gone to be with the lord our savor. He always had something good to say about anyone that he knew. He will be missed by many people.

Prayers to his family, He was a great man That I had the pleasure of meeting some years back in his life. He was a true treasure ! Always a HUGE smile. Strong grip of a hand shake I always received ! God Bless !
