Not sure what to say?

I was deeply saddened to hear about Herman's passing. He was a pleasure to know, and will be a great loss to his community.

I pray for the family's comfort at this time of their great loss.

Marc,
We were so sorry to hear about your loss. You have our sympathy and prayers.

Herman is the most missed man ever...it certainly is going to be tough seeing all of Elliotts milestones and not having Herman to call right away! I could'nt imagine my life without my grandparents, it is going to be hard for Elliott. Herman was the best grandpa to the kids. He certainly filled the role of my father the second I met him, he has been an endless support for me through everything and always had an ear to listen. Ron and I will do our best to teach Elliott what a great guy...

Malka and Marc,
I'm so sorry to hear about Herman's passing. He brought so much joy whenever we talked -- either at the "j" or at "shul". I will miss him.
