Not sure what to say?

I still miss Prof. Trautman, he was one of my favorite people and treated me well. I hope he is in Heaven talking to my mom and everyone one else we knew together and worked with.

This past weekend my thoughts have taken me back to 1965 (the year I graduated from Vanderbilt Law School). Those thoughts allowed me to remember and realize the importance of Professor Herman Trautman to me and my future career as a lawyer in Louisville, Ky. Of all the great profs at VULaw - Mr. Trautman stands out for multiple reasons (some of which are particularly important). What a great man -- I shall look him up when my time comes for Heaven's entrance -- one big hug and a huge...

A person I will always remember for this kindness, his and his family.

Prof. Trautman was a real great person and I still miss him and his family. They were really nice to me.

Mr. Trautman is always missed. I think back on this family and how close they were. Pam was so wonderful to take care of Prof. Trautman and her mother as well. All of you will never be forgotten. Pam I wish you could call me some times at the Law School. 615-322-0033. Hope the family is doing well and know that your dad is missed and was a jewel.

Pam,

I have worked and known your dad for over 30 years and I will always remember when he and your mom would pick me up to come and do work here at the Law School, while your mom watched my little ones while I completed some coping for him. I will always remember how he came to my holiday luncheans and do have pictures. But anyway it was a sad day when Mr. Trutman passed and I will always remember him as a friend. It felt just like yesterday when he was here. It is people like him...

Pam,

Even though I haven't seen you or your dad in years, I think of your family often. Every time I drive by Stanford Drive I see those large pine trees that ring the yard and I think about watering them for your dad when they were first planted. I also remember loving his recliner and the auto-return golf ball putting. Please accept my sincere condolences.

pam, i will thinking of you and your family. i sure will miss him.
