For some reason I googled the gentlemen that rented me a studio when I most needed it in Modesto 2003 or so, Mr.Winters treated me more than fair! I remember him being older then, and he'd be on the roof himself making repairs! As a middle aged black guy I will always be greatful Rest Easy Sir! Job well done....Chuck
