Not sure what to say?

Prayers to the family. So sorry for your loss. She was a wonderful lady! Always got a laugh when she called....she would always say "this is Shepherd" BINGO was her game

Sincere Condolences to Herman,, Billy and the rest of the family on the going home of your mother. She was not only a neighbor, but one of the nicest and loving person I've ever known. She had a gift for growing flowers, I remember the beautiful Yellow Rose Bush she planted on her mother's grave, which bloomed every year. May you rest in peace, Mrs. Shepherd.

Bountiful blessing to Bill and the family. Hermeen, you will truly be missed. We all loved you; but God loved you more. Rest my love until we see you again. RIP!!!

I worked with Hermeen at the B'ham VA Dental Clinic for many years. She was such a pleasure to be around with her warmth and her smile for all the Veterans and her co-workers. After retirement she and I stayed in touch through Christmas cards and phone calls up until the present. I will really miss that. Our thoughts and prayers are with Hermeen's family. Bob and Jackie Bardenwerper

Mrs. Shepherd was a wonderful woman! So kind and generous and gave great advice. We kept in touch after working together at Dr. Alexander's office back in the 90's. I loved Mrs. Shepherd dearly she was like a 2nd grandmother to me. She will truly be missed. My condolences to the family.

Our hearts and sympathy go out to the whole family. May God bless you all real good.

Rest in peace.

We are forever grateful for the love, wisdom and support she gave us always. Our lives have been enriched by the enduring bonds of friendship shared by the Shepherd, Riles and Pearson families. We extend sincerest condolences to her beloved family whom she adored and who cherished her as the sweet, strong, matriarch who led by example a Christian life of sacrifice and service. Her beautiful countenance was rivaled only by her beautiful spirit.
