Read MoreDr. Hausman was very kind to me when I was a physics major in the 1980s, and also corresponded with me after I graduated. He gave me much wisdom when we served on a dean search committee which had a "null result" that year, and gave me valuable professional advice. I am passing on his kindness. I keep him in my thoughts.
