Hershell was our family barber in Fairmount area. He gave the best flat tops around. My Father was a military type and always insisted on Hershell for his flat top. Hershell was a very kind and gentle person. We have talked of him often and always look at his former locations in Fairmount when we drive through - so many fond memories!
