Not sure what to say?

I wrote my first book with Herve and had the pleasure of knowing him for many years during our ophthalmology careers.

He was a power in Ophthalmology and contributed much to the field of Practice Management.

He will be missed by all who were fortunate to know him.

Please accept my condolences.

I remember coming to the house on Grand Ave in Englewood many times to discuss his insurance. He was one heck of a great doctor and businessman and taught me a'lot.

We never forget, but we adjust. Forever hold the wonderful memories you made and shared with him deep within your hearts. My...

Thank you very much.
