Not sure what to say?

To Skin, Short and Bounce
All the Henger family would like to give sincere sympathy for your loss. Our prayers are with you.

The Vandalia community lost a truely good and honest man.

I was priviledged to have played ball
for Coach. What a great learning experience.

To the Elkins Family my sincere sympathy for your loss.

To Skin, Short and Bounce!
I had the great privilege to work with
your Father for 6 years and to know him
and to call him 'friend' for many more.
Your Father did so very much for so many
young people--both as students and as
athletes. And he did it without fanfare

person. He put himself behind so many
community projects that benefited the
community! He made a big difference in

Dwight Elkins was an icon in the Vandalia-Butler community. His public service and straight-forward attitude is legendary. My sincere condolences to the Elkins family. He was a great man who will always be remembered and sorely missed by his community.

Dwight was a good Mason and a Shriner. I enjoyed working with him at the Hospital Fund Drive. We enjoyed having Him with us at the Brookville Shrine Club. I have a lot of fond memories with Dwight.

He was a great teacher and coach and will be missed.

Short-I have many fond memories of your father. From little league to high school baseball.
