Hilda Louise Rixey Brown

Ms. Brown was one of the "grandmas" at a local shelter. We were one of the families she touched with her smile and laughter and hugs. We will miss her terribly. You have our deepest sympathies on the loss of this beautiful person with a beautiful heart.
