Sincere condolences to Dr. Howard Gardner & family, as well as his sister and family.
Your mother was a remarkable woman! I felt close to her although I only met her last month. I met Dr. Gardner two Sundays ago at his mother's residence.
I was looking forward to spend the day with her this Sunday the 24th Of November - it was a shock to hear of her passing. I will miss her.

I am so happy to know that your mother lived a good,long life.
The first thing that comes to mind when I think of her is the look of amusement on her face when I would I visit her once in a while when I would be riding my bike around the neighborhood. I would knock on the door to stop by for a chat and a cookie -- I knew that I could always count on her for a cookie and I knew that we would always have an interesting conversation even tho I was around 7-8 years old.
