Hillard passed away on Friday, March 3, 2017. Hillard was a resident of Boydton, Virginia at the time of his passing. He was married to Ethel. The family will receive friends on Thursday March 9 from 12:00 until the start of services at 2:00 p.m. Burial to follow in the church Cemetery.
