Peter Tran was a loving father, a hard-working person, and a cherishing family man. Simply because of how he loved and treated people, he made it difficult to distinguish between who were his siblings, his cousins, his uncles, aunts, and even his friends. Peter was someone who sacrificed whatever he could to help his family.
To those around him, his goofy personality brought out so many smiles and fits of laughter. The only thing more contagious than his personality was his own smile....

On paper, Peter Tran is my cousin, but to me, I say that he was my brother. He never gave up on his family and made sure we all knew that he loved us. I still can't believe he's gone, and all of our memories being together keep replaying in my head. I wish I could tell him that I love him one last time, but I know that he knows that. He used to tell me that he looked up to me even though I was younger than him, simply because I took the college route in life; something he considered that...

We will miss you Peter...
I remember when we would go to "snake village" and ride our bikes all around the neighborhood. Growing up with you and our family was the best. It hurts to know you won't be there anymore on holidays, to give the signal for a surprise birthday party, or be there for random house parties. You were so so loved. Thanks for being like a brother to me. You're in a better place now. I'm so glad God had put you in our life. I know you went through some hardships but...
