Not sure what to say?

So sorry to hear about Holly. She was, briefly, a grad student member of my research group in chemistry at Pitt before moving to Columbus for medical school. We lost touch then, but I remember her as a happy, warm person with a great smile. I am sure she is missed. Deepest condolences to her family and friends. Sincerely, David Pratt.

I think of Holly over the years..her kindness, her bright spirit...and a amazing Dr...my heart goes out to her family and friends..may the memories her give you peace. She would like that.

I just learned of Dr Barrows passing. I am so saddened. Having just lost my own partner, I know the deep pain. I admired her as a patient and supported her in her work! She is a wonderful light that is darkened.

I just found out Dr. Barrows had passed. I am truly sorry I didn't get to pay my respects. I knew she was sick but didn't know it was life threatening. I was a patient for many years and Dr. Barrows changed my life. I had seen many doctors that just laughed at my symptoms, then I was recommended to Dr. Barrows. She knew right away what was wrong with me and helped me. 6 years I suffered before meeting Dr. Barrows. I am truly greatful. She will be missed. Donna (Grotsky) Steyer. ...

Holly delivered both of our children and walked me through a couple surgeries. She will forever have my deepest respect and highest regard. Love and prayers to all in her family.

Mel, I just heard about Holly. I am so sorry and my heart goes out to you and the kids. Holly was a great friend.

Mel and family, I am so very saddened to hear of Holly's passing. She was a wonderful physician as well as a wonderful and caring friend to me. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I know that the Lord is with you as well as Holly at this difficult time.
Love and prayers, Sharon Sharp

When all my other doctors had missed it, Holly discovered I had thyroid cancer, in time to have it all removed successfully. Prior to that discovery, she also predicted that I was at risk for uterine cancer and treated me preventively. Many years later it was realized by OSU's gene lab that I have a genetic condition that might have given me uterine cancer if Holly had not treated me early-on. For me, she was the right doc at the right time. If God has called her early, I'm certain it...
