Not sure what to say?

I never knew of Holly´s passing for more than a year after. Holly was my provider and she was the best provider I´ve ever had. We talked, she listened, she was up front about things. I tried to track her down when she left DHC but could never find where she went. May your beautiful family you spoke of keep sweet memories alive. You are definitely missed by many.

I just came across this article for the first time and I'm so sad. Holly was a wonderful Nurse Practitioner. When she left DHC, I lost track of her and couldn't find where she ended up. My condolences to her family. RIP beautiful lady.

I was looking to see where Holly had moved to (so I could follow) and found this notice. It's an utterly heartbreaking loss. I, too, was lucky to have Holly as my PCP for years. She was an absolutely beautiful person, inside and out. I've never had such a caring medical provider and I'm sure I never will again. My sincere condolences to her family....May she, her partner and puppy rest in peace...

Holly was my PCP at DHMC for several years. Her thoughtfulness, care, and understanding was second to none. She helped me through one of the roughest patches in my life. Her words are some that I will never forget and will continue to pass on. Thank you Holly, rest peacefully.

I had seen Holly for YEARS as a patient At Dartmouth Hitchcock. I was patiently waiting for her to accept Anthem as an insurance for her private practice. I am now going through Annual enrollment, and just sent her a message through linked in. While doing a search of her practice, I discovered she had passed, and started crying. I have NEVER had a physician as caring, loving and down to earth as she was !! Her demeanor and the kind of patient friendship relationship, will never be replaced....

Holly was the most kind, empathetic, understanding person I have ever met ..I still can't believe that she's gone.. I had her at least 15 years as my primary and loved her.. My condolences to the rest of her family and friends

I have been a patient of Holly's for years and I am devastated by her loss. She started every visit with a hug. She was an exceptional person in every respect. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

I am heartbroken to read Holly has passed she was the best doctor I had ever being greeted by her comforting hugs our talks while being her patience at Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinic in Concord. Her talking about her life and family especially her grandbabies in Michigan. May your guardian angel guide you and support you in heaven Holly.

I had reached out recently, and became worried when I did not hear back. I spoke to her back in July and I am so saddened by this news. She´s been my doctor since I can´t even remember one... And I followed her when she made the bold decision to start her own practice. Holly was sweet, kind and caring woman. We had so many conversations and she spoke so fondly of her daughter. My heart is broken for her family. I trusted her as a doctor, but considered her friend.
