I will so miss my little big sister. You were the Greatest Sister but sometimes a real pill and prankster. I am relieved that you won't have to go through the pain any longer. I have been a Gaynor's client for a decade or two, and personally know Tommy Gaynor, and have met his dad. My condolances. The interesting connection for me was that I was born and raised in Boise, leaving in 1953 for Morocco and returning in 1971. We then purchased a Boise house built by Gordon Amyx, son of Jay Amyx (former Boise mayor and a long-time Boise builder). I imagine Holly was related to Jay and Gordon in some way. Small World.
