Not sure what to say?

I am so saddened to hear of Holly's passing. I was in the class ahead of Holly's at Westbury High School and I remember her so well. She was always so much fun to be around and she had a contagious laugh and love of life that I will never forget. She brought so much happiness to those around her. She may be gone for now, but she will never be forgotten. Chrissy Littlejohn Hale

Caitlin delivering her Eulogy for Holly

Caitlin's love note to Holly

Holly, abt 1981

Many thanks to all who have posted your notes, with special thanks to the U.S. Military veterans, and Holly's classmates, Donna & Roy Goodwin, who paid to extend this online posting for Holly. Marcia and I are grateful for all the expressions. And we are posting a picture of Holly in her Army uniform, from about 1981.

I am so saddened to hear of Holly's passing. I am still in shock. I am one of Karen's friends from High School and when we would go to her house, Holly would be there. She was so pretty and had beautiful blue eyes that smiled. I will always remember how she was always laughing. I know this is a very hard time for your family. My prayers are with the Linton family. Love to you all.

I have many fond memories of Holly. Growing up, my sister and I spent alot of time with the Lintons. I looked forward going to thier house and always hoped that Holly might be there. I couldnt wait to see her so we could talk about "art stuff." I always thought Holly was so beautiful and envied her dark hair and light eyes. She reminded me of Lynda Carter, and as a day dreaming child I saw Holly as strong as wonderwoman herself. I have not seen Holly in many years, but thought of her...

My thoughts and prayers are with all of the Linton family, and those that knew and loved Holly. This has been a very difficult time for all of us. I take strength in seeing just how brave everyone has been, and feel very fortunate to be part of Holly's family. You have demonstrated to me what courage and character is all about. We lost someone very special to us all, and at such an early age.

I share in the grief and sadness that has been felt by each and every one of you. Holly's...
