Not sure what to say?

Sincere prayers from my heart to all of Holly's family. She was a positive influence in my life during those impressionable high school years. Generous, kind and happy is how I'll always remember my dear friend.

My prayers to Holly's family. I went through school with her and was a Children's Librarian at the time of her first book. She was so generous with her time and sharing the book with the kids. I will never forget her smile. She is at peace and watching over her children.

I never met Holly, but I know her work. She touched the lives, the very souls, of each child or teacher who reads a book illustrated by her. I just wanted to offer my sincere blessings to her family. And to say, thank you, to Holly. Her life touched many through her art! She'll always be remembered!

To the entire Meade family my deepest sorrow, Holly's art will go on forever as will her sprite I am forever grateful to have known such a wonderful person. Glenn Towne

To the entire Meade family so very sorry and sad to hear this news of Holly, her art will go on forever as well as her memory. She was a wonderful inspiration to all others. Glenn Towne

I've just learned of this heartbreak. Your mother, daughter, friend left the world she was born into a more beautiful place.May we all learn from her. My deepest condolences.

So very sorry for your loss. Holly was a friend from Hamilton-Wenham Regional High School. She was such a lovely, kind and beautiful soul even back in the day. She will be missed.

Holly, I truly only "met" you about 4 years ago. But, I was so happy and impressed that you were part of my family. I bought your books and read them to my grandchildren. You will be sorely missed. God bless and accept you into heaven where you will help watch over all of the children.

I am so sad to read this. Holly was a dear and talented person whom I have always admired. I was so proud of her when she did her first book and continued to be proud as she furthered her career. I am happy to say I have some of her art work on my walls and have saved all her Christmas cards. She had a unique and distinctive style that I have always loved.
My prayers and love are with all the family as you go through the days, weeks and months ahead.
