Holly F. Self, 30, of Dunkard Twp., Greene Co., Pa. died unexpectedly Wednesday, October 12, 2005 in the Ruby Memorial Hospital emergency room, Morgantown, W. Va.

She was born September 18, 1975 in Waynesburg, Pa. a daughter of the late Harry Kenneth and Donelda Howard Self and had been a resident of Dunkard and Greene Townships most of her life.

Miss Self was a 1992 graduate of Mapletown High School and a cosmetology graduate of the Greene Co. Vo Tech School.

She was employed for the past several years as a certified nursing assistant at area nursing homes in Pa. and W. Va.

Miss Self was a companion of James Ethem Bell for approximately 12 years prior to his death September 3, 2005.

Surviving are a son, James Dustin and a daughter Emily Ann Bell both at home; two sisters, Brenda Lee Darr of Davistown and Maxine V. Darr of Mt. Morris; two brothers, John K. Self of Greensboro and Robert (Bob) Self of Taylortown; maternal grandmother, Bertha T. Bell Howard of Greensboro; several nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Martin J. Yoskovich, funeral director, where services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 17, 2005 with Rev. Erwin (Woody) Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in Garards Fort Cemetery.
