Not sure what to say?

I'm sad to have confirmed this terrible news after so many years have passed. Holly was a co-worker and friend with whom I could talk arts & crafts, belly dancing, music and henna with while sharing our 'consumables'. I heard her name on the news but was afraid to confirm it at the time. I'm very sorry to all who were so fortunate to have a close kinship with such a unique and grounded human being.

thank you so much for your words and acts of sympathy to our family an obituary by the family will run in the tribune dec. 12 2004.please share in the guest book .the family did not receive all of your entries to this one.

I really did not know her that well. She was a very good friend of my brothers Mathew Cowley. Everytime she came to our house to hang out with him she was always so happy to talk with me and say hello, even if she was in a hurry. I loved to hear them talk. They were always so funny. I just wish i could have known her like he did. I regret not knowing you Holly, :(

Holly was to me a very direct and honest person. I loved that about her very much. she was always there to tell me when she thought I might be letting my self fall, but still managed to this with me knowing she was saying it of concern & because she was my friend. She made me laugh and think, and she helped me grow at work and as a person. She was my tinkerbell. ( that used to make her smile when i'd say that) I'm gonna miss her very much, but heaven couldn't have gotten a more sincere and...

I will miss you my butterfly dancer;

Holly was my friend, my love, and so much more. She helped me in so many ways i cant begin to tell anyone all she did for me, but one thing she did was helped me to talk to God again, and that was alot. When i first saw Holly she was dancing ,i said you look so happy, she said it is easy to be happy it is all up to you. I knew at that point she was so very wise.
I also fell in love with her at that moment, but i was not ment to be....

The better the person, the harder the passing is for us. So many people were better for knowing her. She is missed.

Holly will be missed by all. I just wish there was more time to tell her how I really felt about her. We had one weekend when I truely learned how much she meant to me and now I will never get the chance to tell her. Dearest Holly, I will miss you greatly.

To my wonderful friend,

From the first day I met you, I knew I loved you. You were a ‘tough girl’, like me. Ellen, you and I joked about finding Rich a woman, but then we spent the afternoon shooting down every name we could come up with, all for one reason, they weren’t as good as us, and nobody who wasn’t like us would be good enough for him. We never guessed that you would solve the dilemma we were faced with that afternoon.

A year later, when we decided to...
