I have known the Edmond family for more than 50 years, having grown up with BJ & Lori. We were neighbors and classmates. Mr. Edmond will surely be missed by his family, especially Mrs. Edmond, as well as the community. Sending love and prayers of comfort. Sorry that I cannot be there with you. Love, Yvette Goss Watkins

Our family came to know Mr. Edmond at Byrd Hill Baptist Church. He always came back to his church roots. The advice he offered for our church anniversary history program was phenomenal. We treasured his wisdom. We are very sorry for your loss. He will be missed. We pray your strength in the Lord. With Love, Dianne and Stacy Hall (family of the late Johnnie B. Hall)

My neighbors in Columbus all went to Tuskegee and the Cooks across the street were your mates. So it was divine intervention that brought me to Spelman College and made your youngest daughter, Lori my first friend in college one of my life long BFFs and now Soror. Because you and Ms. Dorothy were like neighbors from the neighborhood. I will always be a 5th Edmond as Lori will always be a 4th Adams. Always included and forever grateful for your love, counsel and support you and your family...
