Not sure what to say?

Homer was a jewel and his brother, Ronald, loved him deeply. Being the oldest of the four children, Homer taught them all to love each other and the University of Alabama! As my brother-in-law, he helped me tremendously during Ron's illness and afterward in all the legalities of estate business. I'll always remember his humor and his beautiful southern accent. My thoughts and prayers are with you as he will be truly missed.

Uncle Homer will be greatly missed, however I know he and Daddy (Dean Coates) are having a wonderful time re-uniting. God has blessed Uncle Homer by bringing him Home.

Betty: You are in my thoughts and prayers. I loved his stories. May his celebration be uplifting to all.

To The family of Homer Jackson

We at Poynor and Associates, New York Life Insurance Company, would like to extend our deepest sympathy . During this difficult time, our prayers and thoughts will be with you.

I loved it when Uncle Homer called our house. He never identified himself right away, but instead would tell us a story or ask us a question about ourselves. And no matter what, he would always make us laugh. He will be dearly missed. My heart goes out to Aunt Betty, Mallory, Ginger, and Davis.

Homer was one of the first dozen or so Republicans I knew. There were very few of us, back then. I was Chairman in the 70,s, after Jeff Sessions, but before Tony Petelos. No matter when it was, or who it was, Homer was always there to help us, advise us, guide us, and treated us as equals, as his peers, when he was so much more. We will miss him greatly.

When I was a child, I always enjoyed visiting my Uncle Homer. He was such a character and a true Southern gentleman! My deepest sympathies to Aunt Betty, Ginger, Mallory and Davis.

I saw the bluest sky yesterday. I know it must have been my Uncle shining on us all. You always felt yourself glow when you were around him. He gathered you up and just made you feel good. Always a smile, always a genuine interest. A true work of God. James Heath Jackson (Birmingham, AL.)
