Dear Aunt Ruth, Marty, Dale and family: We just heard the news of Uncle Homer's homegoing and our hearts are heavy for you all in such a sudden loss. We rejoice that he has seen His Lord and Master face-to-face, but we will miss him so. He leaves such a legacy of love for his family and his Lord. We will never ever forget him or the unconditional love shown to us. We have many memories of wonderful times spent in your home and at the family outings. Our love and prayers are with you all.

Although we were only allowed a brief period of acquaintence with Homer, we sincerely enjoyed the pleasure of his company. We shall never forget visiting with he and Ruth, and sometimes Marty, on Wednesday nights at the church dinner. We express deepest sympathies on this traqgedy. Peace be with you at this dark and sad time of your lives.

I did not know Mr. Homer Lloyd but the responses that I've seen on the news just touched my heart. I know he had to be a man of integrity because I see that in working around you Dale. I won't say sorry for your lost, because I feel in my spirit, he definitely is not lost. I will say I know you will miss him but I know he is a crowning jewel in heaven. I'm praying for strength and encouragement for you and your family.

We are very shocked and deeply sadden to hear of Homer's death.
