My heart n prayers go to the family & friends. I always enjoyed seeing him and talking to him when I delivered the A2News to him for so many years. He always would tell me stories about knowing my dad. Always the nicest person. He watched my kids grow up on the route and always was so friendly with them. I remember being broke down on Country Lane and him helping me out. Such a nice guy. Rip Homer tell my dad hi.

My wife and I met Homer and Oma several years ago. We played on a bowling league with them and became good friends with them. They came to many of the Ypsilanti Community Band concerts over the years and we had many chances to talk. He will be missed by all he knew. May God bless him and may god watch over Oma.

Rest in peace Brother.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
I knew Homer as a member of a neighboring fire department. We met and talked often. He was a great sounding board and full of wisdom!

I did not know Homer personally, but would see him at the Chicken dinners at Stony Creek Methodist church. He was one of the friendliest people I have ever met. Condolences to his family and may you be comforted by your treasure chest of memories of your life together.

My deepest sympathy to the Turner family at this time. Homer and Oma were good friends since the early 60's. My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time.
