Homer Kay Winger, 81, of Midland, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, February 21, 2018. He is survived by his wife, Cruz Winger; son, Craig Winger; and daughters, Jeannie Carter and Betty Roubbe. In following Homers wishes, cremation services have been chosen with an interment at Resthaven Memorial Gardens on Thursday March 1st, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.
