To my friend who married Fran and I wanted to thank you for so much for marring Fran and I 30 years ago next month. Not only were you a talented lawyer and a very fail and honorable judge but just a great person. As a boater who love boating it was great to travel with you. May God be with you where ever you go. I am sorry to hear about the passing of Judge Kallan. I would act as her bailiff in traffic court from time to time in the early 90´s when I had cases before her. "All rise court is now in session with the Honorable Judge Kathleen Kallan presiding" she will be remembered fondly.
