Not sure what to say?

I'm so sorry to hear of Hope's passing. Our families go back a ways, because my Grandma (Lorrie Turner) and Hope were such good friends. I will always remember taking sign language classes with her, at the Brinkmoeller's. Hugs!

Hope was a beautiful person on the inside and out. It was so nice to read about her contributions to the community and the love she had for family and friends. What a touching tribute for your wife and mother! Although I only knew her casually, it has always been nice to chat with her, as she'd exude kindness with every word. John, it is clear to everyone that you and Hope have been a very special couple for many years. I wish you well in your journey, finding strength from all the love...

Sorry to hear of her passing glad she and John had so many years together. She will be missed.

Sorry to hear of Hope´s passing. She was always upbeat, friendly person while all the neighbor kids ran around. Spent a lot of days going to the beach. Condolences to the family.

I grew up a block away from the Hogans. couldn´t ask for nicer friends and neighbors.

I'm sad to see this. Hope was a very giving, generous lady. I enjoyed our conversations. She will be missed. RIP dear lady. Condolences to the family.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

Hope was another mom to me for so many years of sports, school and family get togethers. She drove the "thing" in the summer on our many trips to 5th Avenue beach. She had a smile and laugh both unforgettable and welcoming. She and my mom knew I was in trouble even before I got in trouble from their many mornings of coffee and cinnamon buns. Never figured out how they did that besides moms know best. Hanging with the Hogans growing up in Manistee was the best of times and Mrs Hogan always...
