Not sure what to say?

We just found out about Hopes passing and we are all very sad.
Hope stayed with us here at La Quinta while she was having her treatment in San Antonio. I believe we meet no one by mistake and that is why Hope came to the La Quinta! She was an amazing woman and told us great stories about her life! One day I admired a ring she was wearing and she told me the story about how the ring was won in a poker game many many years ago. The stories she told us that made her light up were when she...

Dear Jamie, Grace, and Virginia,

I was deeply saddened by Hope's passing. Hope was such a unique person. I was reminded by a friend that God needed Hope is His beautiful flower garden. I always enjoyed seeing Hope in Mr. T's. I know she will be greatly missed by many. You and your family are in my heart and prayers.

Faith, Love, Hope

Years ago when Hope and I both had new babies, we would push strollers together through our Santa Rita neighborhood. She was such a good mother and person. Sincere condolences to the family.

Jamie, Grace, and Virginia - I first remember Hope being a sophomore when I was a senior at Central. We were in Tex-Anns together. Years later, working together on a children's play at church, she told me she always looked up to me. Wow! It was such a sweet compliment. She had a way of making others feel special. I will miss her. My heart and prayers go out to you. Love, Gwen Parsons

My years at Central High and UT Austin would not have been the same without Hope. I still remember her yelling, "look at the bluebonnets" on a trip with her to Austin. She lived life to the fullest!

Sincerely, Rodney Jackson, San Diego
