Not sure what to say?

Dearest Linda:
We were so saddened to hear of Hope's passing yet we feel blessed to have spent time with you both before our departure to New Zealand. We think the world of you two and have been grateful for your friendship throughout the years. Hope will be sorely missed by all whose lives he has touched.
Two quick memories . . . when Evan was born you all gave us a sweet "Noah's Ark" pillow that lived on our couch for 12 years . . . it was the Hope and Linda pillow. When we...

Dr. Ritter, Michael, and family, I am so sorry to hear that we have lost such a kind and generous man. He was always one of my favorite people at church, and I have so many memories of him when Michael and I were young. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Dr. Ritter,
So sorry to her about your loss. Keep smiling as you know that your husband would want you to keep your head up high and remember that he will always be with you in your heart. Remember the good for your days will be long. God makes no mistake. Sunshine is always where he is now. No pain and no hurt. He is with the angels.

We were all so blessed to have such a wonderful, brilliant, generous gentleman in our lives. I was lucky enough to "share" an office with Hope for the last couple of years, and I will miss greeting him when he arrived and saying goodbye to him when I left. He would always have a kind word or joke (usually about cocktail hour!) to say. Words cannot express how much he will be missed.

I am so sorry about the tremendous loss of such a fine and gracious gentleman. He always had a kind word, and made the extra effort to be congenial.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

With deepest sympathies,
Lynda Powell (Bryant)

We are very sorry to hear of your loss. My Mother, Janet Ritter Ditzler spoke so fondly of her youth and memorable times with Hope. Hope's family home in Allentown will always be a pleasant memory of my own youth as well. We wish you all, Jennifer ("Cuz") especially, comfort in this very sad time.

Dear Linda and Family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Our mother Janet Ritter Ditzler was Hope's cousin. She always talked so lovingly of her cousin Hope. She said he was kind, and funny, a great friend and the best cousin ever. My mom's parents died when she was young and her Uncle Hope and Aunt Sarah embrassed and loved her as their own. She would share of many wonderful memories and especially great Christmases with her cousin Hope. Linda, she and my Dad said that Hope was very blessed to have you as his wife and companion. We send our...
