I am so sad to hear he´s passed. Horace was such an amazing person. We were good friends in grade school and high school. I spoke of him so often my children wanted to meet him. He was a blessing to us all and an example of integrity, kindness and laughter. Even though it may sound trite, my heart goes out to you .

I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of my childhood friend, Horace. We went to school from the 7th grade on. We hooked up together later on when he was working at DWR and he would occasionally come by my store for a chat. He was a good friend for many years. My condolences to the family.
