I remember Horace as a child. He and my aunt Lorraine bebysat for us. Forever remember them doing the Ultra Brite commercial l LOL. Saw him last a few years ago at he round up. Alwys smiling. RIP

I had the pleasure of working with Grogan on the Atlanta Police Department and remember his immence care for others and his gracious smile in the face of adversity. It was always difficult to be angry with him when he officiated basketball games and made a call that you might not have agreed with because you knew how nice of a person he was.
