Houri Joon you went to heaven earlier, but your dear freind Soraya Shahidi joined you . My grief is now for loosing both of you but I know in my heart that both of you are in a better place and also in our hearts

I always remember Houri joon as a symbol of knowledge, equinimity and grace. She is a role model for all and is remembered in our hearts. RIP

Now it is two years that Houri joon is not among us but her memories, her peacefulness and elegance is always remembered and cherished by all of us. rest in Peace Houri joon.

It's impossible that a year has passed. Houri joon is remembered with great respect, admiration and fondness. I was just scrolling past photos and came across her 98th birthday celebration. This past weekend, I attended a memorial for Catherine Etezadi, whose husband was Hooshang Etezadi. The Etezadi's, Moghadam's and Ardalan's have grandparents who were siblings. At Cathy's service, they played her favorite song, My Way' from Frank Sinatra. I recall a performer sang this same song for Houri...

I cannot beleive that one year has passed. I miss Houri joon, her wisdom and her open house gatherings and our private gatherings. She is always in my heart.
