Dearest Daddy,
It has been a year since our last farewell. Thank you for your loving, kind spirit that surrounds us, still. Your sage words brighten our days and offer those with whom we come in contact, a light. You live. God is well-pleased with your legacy. We love you, always.

Grandpa, there is not a day that goes by that i dont think of you, everytime i get into your SUV, either heading to work, school, or to hangout with the buddies, i always think of you on the open road, and how much you enjoyed it, now i know where my passion for just cruising the open roads came from. To the family of Houston, My dad served with you, and was part of the First Scout Re-con group that met year after year. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I was looking to notify Peg and Houston that my father Harvell F Gould, had passed one month before Mr. Baker's death. We had a wonderful military ceremony here at the new Veteran's Cemetery in Lake Worth, FL.
