Tom and I were so shocked to hear that Howie passed away he was such a great guy.He had the best lawn and vegetable garden that I've ever seen. I use to say "How we doing Howie" and he would just smile and we would talk for a while..always so proud of Tracey and Jennifer. We are so very sorry to hear about the unbelievable passing of Howie. It brings us back to Wharton Avenue and the great times we shared ……children growing up block parties….hair cuts. We've known Howie & Linda for the past 42 years and were there when each of their beautiful girls were born. I will never forget all our chats on the front steps over many years. Howie was the best Friend & Neighbor anyone could ever ask for. Everyone Loved him. Losing him is like losing my brother. :( RIP Howie....till we meet again <3
