Not sure what to say?

Miss you Yogi!

Howie was a great friend to all. Pleasant personality who loved to open up the gym ( at the Armory) every week for a run. Class guy all the way. RIP. Dan Heppner

So sorry to hear about Yogi's passing. He was a dear friend and, over the years a teammate. Yogi always had nothing but kind words and was a gentle soul. I will miss him so very much. Rest in peace my friend. Brian Kreis, Mohawk Electronics

My memories of 'Bernie' go back to the 1970's as he took a bunch of young knuckleheads like me and coached us in Y league basketball. It grew into outings, dinner and a great friendship at the time. Haven't seen him in many years now but often thought of him and those times with a smile. My thoughts and prayers to his family and friends.

Our Deepest sympathy to Nancy and family. We were blessed to have had Yogi as a friend and a teammate on the Cyclones. Yogi always called me the "big oyster" and I am not sure where he came up with that name but it seemed to stick for many years. Yogi was a leader by example and a respected peer. He left us with fabulous memories.

So sorry to hear of your passing cousin Howard. You will always be remembered as a great guy. Knowing you will be at peace in Heaven with the rest of the family that has passed. My deepest sympathy to Nancy and family, your sister Joan and family. God bless, Carla and sons Jonathan and Matthew.

Our sorrow is great that we have lost Yogi! He is in a better place and May his memory be eternal! Love, Cauley and Diana Patrick

Nancy, I'm so sorry to hear about Bernie's passing. We had such wonderful times playing softball over the years. You're in my thoughts and prayers. Vicky Gore (Roeber)

Yogi, you will never know how much you meant to so many people. You were an inspiration and mentor to all who had the privilege of knowing you and sharing a ballfield with you. We owe everything we accomplished to you and you alone. may God Bless and keep you my friend. Jerry Smith Anaconda Sports
