Not sure what to say?

He was a great guy and almost like an uncle to my brothers and I even though we were not related to him. He was a long-time friend of my father John G. Hancock who preceded him in death. They met at Texas A&M University and played pranks on each other. But their stories about them would differ. No friends like old friends.

Condolences to Francis, John, Jim, Corky, and Helen.

Howard and Frances were wonderful friends of the Hancock family

He was a dear friend and colleague for over 30 years, beginning with the Ship Production internship he and I established at Newport News Shipbuilding. I loved and respected him and was not alone in that. God speed sweet friend. Deepest...

I have very fond memories of Howard. It was an honor and a privilege to have met him and having been his student.

Wow, what an amazing and fulfilling life! It was an honor to have worked for him. Rest in peace Howard.

Howard made a great difference in this world, to a great many lives, including mine. Godspeed to him.

Helen and Family, I am so sorry for your loss.
