Holly and I worked together at ICF Kaiser, and most importantly on the Rocky Flats win. Holly was a gentleman, with wisdom and warmth. May his memory be for a blessing.

I got to know Holly through the Navy Reserves. I was the General Chairman of the Naval Reserve Association Congressional Reception and Holly was the Deputy General Chairman.He was immensely helpful in that role. We had 1200 attendees in the Longworth cafeteria area. It was a pleasure to know him. My condolences to his family. Respectfully, James Carrico, Commander, USNR retired.
