Not sure what to say?

Howard brought so much to so many. He changed my life. He will be deeply missed.

Howard brought a ray of southern sunshine to Swantner & Gordon. We were all blessed by having the opportunity to know him and he is missed. My prayers are with his family.

Howard was a truly wonderful person. I am so glad that I had the chance to work with him. He always put a smile on my face. Only if I could of seen him one more time. I dearly miss him. God Bless, my prayers are with you all.

I wrote the following article last Thursday in tribute to Howard for our company newsletter. I want post it here so that others can see how much he meant to me and to our company:

Howard and his bow ties. He was one of a kind

Ann, I worked with you at CNA. I left CNA in 2001. I wanted to let you know that you and Howards family are in my thoughts and prayers. Although I didn't really know Howard very well, I do know and remember well how in love you became with him.

God be with you and Howards family.

To Ann, and the Cantwell family,

I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Howard for a little over a year and a half. He could always make me smile with his great sense of humor. I will truly miss him, but will have fond memories to brighten my day. You are in my prayers.

Howard will certainly be missed. I always enjoyed the time I spent with him either at a "SOFA" meeting or on the golf course. His passing is not only a loss to his family and friends, but also to the surety industry. Ann, prayers for you and your family and wishing you peace in the days to come.

I will miss Howard. He added a smile to my day whenever we'd pass. Mary Dickens
