So sorry for your loss. That happened to my grandparents too. Grandma died at the nursing home. All the family gathered for the funeral in Jamestwn and lots of family pictures taken with grandpa. When we returned home we hot a call Grandpa had died. His mission of loving and caring for grandma was done. He could go be with her in paradise.
