FOR 30+ YEARS HOWARD ATTENDED AN ANNUAL DINNER WITH DEBBIE AND HER BROTHERS AND SISTERS. HE WAS ALWAYS WILLING TO SHARE HIS WISDOM AND LITTLE BIT OF POLITICS MIXED IN. A GREAT BROTHER-IN-LAW AND FAMILY FREIND. HE WILL BE MISSED.
