Dear Sharon and family, We are so sorry to hear of Howard´s passing. I have some wonderful memories of all of us cousins growing up together in the Bronx and visiting Aunt Mary and Uncle Howard in Bergenfield for family gatherings. We were all very close growing up together ..... happy times. He accomplished so much in life both professionally and personally. Again, condolences to all. We will miss those hilarious Christmas cards. Tommy and Karen ( Fitzgerald ) Loflin

Dear Sharon and Family, I was deeply saddened to learn of Howard´s passing. I had the distinct honor of working with him when he served as the AIGI at the Agency. His sharp intellect and quick wit was unmatched. A leader and patriot it was an honor to call Howard a true friend.

Government wide initiatives to combat fraud, waste and abuse. He was also an accomplished professor for many years. Howard´s smile and personality will always remain with us. To Sharon and the Cox family, please accept my condolences on your loss. May your lifetime of wonderful memories of Howard give you some comfort at this...
