Howard R. Dekker

We were so sorry to hear about the loss of Howard. I remember him as always being so friendly. My mother has been asking about your family recently, and she received a very nice letter from Frances on her 94th birthday last week. We will be unable to attend the funeral but will be thinking of you.

So very sorry to hear that Howard had passed away. We have missed seeing Louise and Howard SO very much as "balcony dwellers" at Lagrave Church (we attend the early service now). Both were an inspiration to Bill and I as we began our lives together...Louise for her elegance and style and Howard for his sense of humor and his stories of cars he shared with Bill. We were so glad that they shared in our wedding day in 1990...and were such an integral part of our attendance at Lagrave Church. God...

I was sorry to read about Howard today in the paper. You two were always an outstanding couple. Ab & I thought a lot of you. Howard will be missed by many and leaves us with great memories.

Howard will be remembered by me as a class act at his book knowledge, and a good guy. We will miss his visits at Dekkers. God bless you Howard. cheryl spicer
