I got to know your father and Peggy through The Boys & Girls Aid Society. He was a lovely man who enjoyed life, loved his family and had an empathy and concern for children.
It truly was a privilege to know him.

Nancy and Howard,
Shirley and Sylvan had special memories of Howard in Palm Desert and enjoyed time with your family. Our prayers are with you.(Shirley's daughter kim)

For many years we looked forward to our Maui visits with Howard and Peggy. Our first memory was swimming in the ocean on Howard's 85th birthday and our last was enjoying his 95th birthday party. We especially enjoyed his wonderful stories and amazing mind.
Howard was a true gentleman and scholar. Aloha, our friend.
With sympathy and fondness,

I will always remember the many dinners we had after Edna passed. And then he was so happy when he met Peggy.
Howard was always gracious and kind with me and I treasure the years we had. Best...

Howard and Nancy:

Our prayers go with you during this difficult time. I last saw your Dad at an Albertina Kerr function a few years back and I know he was a great man. Harry always spoke so sincerely about him and how wonderful he was.
