Not sure what to say?

Best Doctor I had since I moved to Houston in 1987.

I am so sorry to hear about your Sister, Tiffany and your Father´s passing, I just came across his obituary by accident. Last thing I saw on Facebook was that you became an RN. Congratulations. Take care and I sure miss our paralegal classes and our fun together after classes too. Again, so sorry andGod bless you and your family.

Dr Dillard was a kind and compassionate soul for his patients at Clear Lake. He cared deeply and was a good physician to work alongside with him.

Dr Dillard's obituary says it all. He loved people and being a part of their lives. He always talked with pride about his daughters, his wife and he really loved the dog! My sympathies to his family and to his staff. He will be missed by so many!

A wonderful human being ... he comforted me when I was down .... he treated me with kindness and good medical care for many years .... I was fortunate to have him as my physician for many years.

Sharon, Nicole, and Jean, We are so deeply saddened. We always enjoyed the times Howard and all of you visited in the Hill Country. Please know that you are in our prayers. All our love, Constant & Neill

We send our deepest condolences. We will forever miss our Best Dr. we both ever had. He was so kind and caring and always on top of all our medical needs. We send our love to his wife and daughter and family.

Dr. Dillard was our beloved doctor for more than forty years. We've lost an exceptional irreplaceable physician who over the years also became a valued friend. God speed Dr. Dillard. You are already sorely missed.

Our deepest sympathies are with Sharon and Nicole. Earl was one of Howard's "suite" mates at UT so that friendship goes way back. Then we were fortunate enough to know the Dillards as a couple and lived in the same neighborhood. Our kids went to the same schools. We will miss Howard but we know he's with his Lord and Savior so that will comfort the family. May God Bless and keep you in this time of sadness.
