Not sure what to say?

Howard was part of my life for many years. The best way I could describe him was a gentle soul. He was a man that was hard to frustrate yet quick to smile. One of the greatest gifts he gave was the gentleness that he passed on to his grandsons. All of them. It is evident when you talk to them to see him in them. He will be missed, but seen forever through them.

Thank you Grandfather for your quiet inspiration. I will miss you.

Dad, Just a short note to let you know how much I love you and will miss your quiet personality. At your funeral I realized how much you were thought of by others. I was so comforted by what was said about you. I saw you as a person not just my Father. I am so proud to be your daughter. I know how difficult a childhood you had and you always said you wanted to be a better person in spite of it. I just want you to know you did it. You are such a role model for me and should be for others but...
